1. THE ASSIGNMENT OF FEAR IS BONDAGE

1 Jn 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect (fully developed) in love. 

Ps 118:5-7 In my torment I cried to the Lord, and he answered by setting me free. 6 The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? 7 The Lord is with me; he is my helper. (I will conquer)

Rom 8:15 you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, Father." 

2. FEAR'S ASSIGNMENT IS TORMENT AND BONDAGE- IT HOLDS US PRISONERS TO OUR PAST FAILURES OR HOLDS US TO OUR PRESENT CIRCUMSTANCES

Ex 1:7-14 But the children of Israel were fruitful and increased abundantly, multiplied and grew exceedingly mighty; and the land was filled with them.  8 Now there arose a new king over Egypt, who did not know Joseph. 9 And he said to his people, "Look, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we; 10 come, let us deal shrewdly with them, lest they multiply 11 Therefore they set taskmasters over them to afflict them with their burdens. 14 And they made their lives bitter with hard bondage

Taskmasters – Raised in the art of fear, Intimidation and abuse
When we move over into fear we have officially been stopped
Before greater days come, greater opportunity for fear also come 

Num 13:32-14:1 and they spread among the Israelites a bad report about the land they had explored. They said, "The land we explored devours those living in it. All the people we saw there are of great size. 33 We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them." 14:1 that night all the people of the community raised their voices and wept aloud. (Fear, torment and bondage worked again)

Prov 4: 23 Guard (put a squad of soldiers around) your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues (direction) of life. 

Josh 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." 

3. I REALLY DON'T CARE - ROLL THE CARE ON HIM BECAUSE HE CARES FOR YOU

1 Peter 5:7 Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. 8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your opponent the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.

Ps 37:5 (amp) Commit your way to the Lord [roll and place each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass.
