The “Encouragers” ministry is a key component in our attempt to create a warm loving environment here at Freedom Christian Center.”  We understand that the larger we become as a church congregation numerically, the smaller we must become personally!

The first function of the encourager is to smile and shake hands with everyone who steps with-in a five foot radius of the encourager.  This is a friendly ministry of encouragement helping to create an environment of love and acceptance.

The second function of the encourager is to assist with the assimilation process.  The encouragers are always on the “Look Out” for people who need to connect with our information center to get involved.

These encouragers are the field army flowing with-in the crowd talking to people, asking them if they are involved, and attempting to escort them to the info center to capture their information. 

The encouragers may be called upon to assist at special events in addition to our weekly services here at Freedom.  An appearance of excellence along with an “Out Going Personality” is preferred with this interaction ministry.
