The Assimilation Staff serves to manage the assimilation process helping people to connect into the life of the church.  A key component of this process is our “Ministry Guide Team.”

This team works together with a goal of connecting our Training Class Graduates with our Ministry Contacts and Group Leaders to get the people involved with a ministry group of their choice.

As part of the assimilation strategic plan to grow our church, the Ministry Guides are essential in making the “Final Connection” of the people and the leaders of the Ministry Groups.

Assimilation is the process of “Closing the Back Door” and is viewed by our leadership as the “Heart or Engine” which interacts with everything we do here at Freedom Christian Center.

Because of this, a select group of mature high level leaders are utilized to assist with this ministry.
