The Assimilation Staff serves to manage the assimilation process helping people to connect into the life of the church.  Key components of this process are our “Ministry Contacts.”

Every Ministry will have a “Ministry Contact Person” who will represent that ministry, or department.

When people request to get involved with a particular ministry, the “Ministry Contacts” will serve as the leaders who connect the potential interested people to the leaders of their ministry.

Their functions include contacting the people and arranging to personally meet them at church where they can introduce them to the ministry leader.  These Ministry Contacts will work and interact with their ministry leaders, the assimilation staff, and the interested people.

High level committed individuals are needed to represent their ministry and their leaders.  As part of the assimilation strategic plan to grow our church, the Ministry Contacts are essential in making the “Final Connection” of the people into Ministry Groups.
