I Am a Soul Winner and a Disciple Maker
1. A PEOPLE WHO LOVE THE FATHER AND HIS DREAM #MAKEDISCIPLES
Matt 28:18-20 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things and lo, I am with you always
He had worked with them, he had challenged their values, he developed their character and he had fine tuned there attitudes to the point that they became different men, and here He is now giving them the great commission to do the same #Multiply
Discipleship is for every born again Christian but in order to be a good disciple maker we must first become a good disciples
2. DISCIPLESHIP IS WHEN OUR VALUES ARE CHALLENGED #FRUITFULINALL
Jn 8:31-32 “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
We live our lives based on the promises of God #chooselife
Jn 15:7-8 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. 8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.
Matt 9:35-38 "But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. So pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.
The approach of ministry changes when there is a deep seated belief that every believer is called to eventually lead and multiply
The burden and yoke is the one He can’t carry alone, and that is to preach the gospel and to make and multiply disciples
Matt 11:30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
Mk 10:30 “Mark my words, no one who sacrifices house, brothers, sisters, mother, father, children, land—whatever—because of me and the message will lose out. They’ll get it all back, but multiplied many times in homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and land
3. DISCIPLESHIP IS WHEN OUR CHARACTER IS DEVELOPED INTO HIS HEARTBEAT
Mk 2:3-12 Then they came to Him, bringing a paralytic who was carried by four men. 4 And when they could not come near Him because of the crowd, they uncovered the roof where He was. So when they had broken through, they let down the bed on which the paralytic was lying. 5 When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven you.” 10 He said to the paralytic, 11 “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” 12 Immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went out in the presence of them all, so that all were amazed and glorified God, saying, “We never saw anything like this!”
A breakthrough attitude In us can help others get breakthrough
When they do their part the needs are met and Jesus gets glory
Is 6:8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”
4. DISCIPLESHIP IS WHEN OUR ATTITUDES ARE FINE TUNED #BREAKTHROUGH
