From Good To Great – 3 Qualities of a Great Breakout Leader

1. He Made the Vision of Freedom Plain – The simplicity of a vision brings unity

Hab 2:2 “Write the vision and make it plain, that he may run who reads it.

Ex 3:7-10 the cry of the people has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression the Egyptians oppress them with. 10 I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring My children out of Egypt’s Bondage” into the promise land

Matt 16:18-19 I will build My church, and Hell shall not prevail against it.

Jesus Christ had and still does have a vision for His church - it’s to Bring Freedom to a broken people, to save precious souls and to make Disciples

Lk 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed;

Matt 28:18-19 “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore (Save Souls) and make disciples of all the nations. Gen 11:6 The Lord said they are one people, with one language.

This is only the beginning of what they will do. Now all they plan to do will be done.

1 Pet 3:8-9 Finally, all of you be of one mind, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing.

Ps 133:1-3 Where there is unity there the Lord commands the blessing

2. He Was a Man of Faith – Faith always speaks what’s to come

Hab 2:3 the vision is for an appointed time; in the end it will speak, and not lie.

2 Cor 4:13 We have the same spirit of faith, as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak

The Spirit of Faith - Speaks what God speaks Our words spoken today are seeds that produce tomorrow’s harvest

Prov 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.

Is 42:22 But this is a people robbed and plundered; All of them are snared in holes, And they are hidden in prison houses; They are for prey, and no one delivers; For plunder, and no one says, “Restore!”

3. He Was Willing To Pay The Price For What He Believed

Hab 2:3 if it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, It will not be late

If your willing to wait forever, you wont be waiting very long

Patience – the ability to outlast, to stay the same with excited expectation

Heb 6:10-15 God’s not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.12 and do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.13 For when God made a promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no one greater, He swore by Himself, 14 saying, “Surely blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you.” 15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.

Heb 10:35-39 therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. 36 For you have need of (patience) endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise Js 5:11 Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the patience of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord

Job 42:10 the Lord restored Job’s losses twice as much as he had
