The Assimilation Staff serves to manage the assimilation process helping people to connect into the life of the church.

This team works together with a goal of “Building the Church,” both spiritually and numerically.  Through a strategic plan to grow our church, systems are implemented to retain people, eventually getting them involved into our “Ministry Groups.”

Assimilation is the process of “Closing the Back Door” and is viewed by our leadership as the “Heart or Engine” which interacts with everything we do here at Freedom Christian Center.
