Understanding the Vision, Mission, and Path at Freedom

1. the Vision of God was demonstrated in the Life of Jesus

John 17:4 “I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do.”

●     Jesus’ model of Discipleship changed the world

●     Jesus invested the majority of His time in the development of His 12 Disciples for three and a half years

Matt 28:18-19 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.  Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,”

●    Disciple = to make disciplined ones

●    You don’t have to be perfect, you need to be disciplined (The more you’re disciplined, the more you grow)

●    There’s deliverance in Discipleship, but people must be taught to stay delivered (disciplined)

●    The call of God is to go into the world and make “disciplined ones”
